Short description of error
When using the Principled BSDF or the Glass BSDF with Multiscatter GGX artifacts that look like seams are visible. These are definitely not refractive phenomena, as it does not occur with other microfacet distribution models.

Below is a comparison of a cylinder with a glass shader in front of a checker pattern. As you can see, Multiscatter GGX has a "seam" in it that doesn't make sense and isn't present with GGX.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Multitest.blend

As can be seen in the test file, seamlike artifacts appear when roughness!=0. When changing the microfacet distribution model to a different one the artifacts are not visible.

If you move the camera in this report's file, you get the same artifacting. They're just elongated in the cylinder's direction. cylndir mggx.png

Can folks here re-test using 4.0. Various changes to Multiscatter GGX have occurred recently and the seam seems to be gone.
