Broken: had been broken since 3.1 alpha after the normals changes, probably related to #95185 and #95843
Short description of error
after using dyntopo with smooth shading, when you try to sculpt, some "lines" appear and move when you sculpt over then.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
This doesn't happen every time, but it happens pretty often.
The easiest and most reproduceable way I found was:

I think the video doesn't show it that well, but when this happens, for example, on a character hand, if you sculpt over the glitch it would move to the character arm, and then to the body...
this glitch is kinda saved in the file(if you smooth that little dot it triggers the glitch), but if you smooth and the glitch doesn't appear, try the steps above.

Can reproduce with 3.1 but not with latest alpha. Please check if this hapens with latest alpha from https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
