Thanks for the report, but could you provide a file and steps to reproduce the problem?
Also, as a suggestion, please use
Help -> Report a Bug
in Blender so there is complete information about the Blender version and graphics cards.Added subscriber: @PratikPB2123

@mano-wii , will you be able to bisect? Could be hard if you've old AMD GPU #95237 (AMD GPU: Crash on startup)
overlap face is black in render modeto Regression: Overlapping face renders black in render modeAdded subscriber: @dupoxy
This looks like #96475 .
It is not a good trade-off .

IMHO this is a perfectly acceptable trade off, this is and old known problem called Z fighting, and when it was more permisible and you rendered an animation then suddenly you realized weird flickers and problems derived from this problem.
Now you identify this, and in any case this is a bad practice that should be avoided at all costs, so IMO it’s not just a trade off but nearly a feature.

at 3.0.1 it not have problem
start appear black in 3.1.0
thank you very much

In further analysis, this is certainly the same issue described in #96475 (Overlapping geometry shows black faces on Cycles Blender 3.1 (Ray Tracing Precision)).
Therefore:
You can see more details of this trade-off at:
