This appears to be the same issues as #97545, which should have been addressed by

The overlay has an issue with rgb color change on rotate for some non geometry related objects

Yes. It's still crash in 3.2 Beta I downloaded and lastest 3.3 I just compiled.

How can this reproduced? Which steps are involved? Or is the scripts involved as well?
For reproduce that is to
Open Blender, the point light color is different.
But I can confirm that all resolved in the lastest 3.2
