Short description of error
I´ve converted an .aco palette which I´ve created at paletton.com to a .kpl palette in Krita.
Blender put out the attached error message
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Try to import the attached .kpl file

kplfiles seems to be ZIP files with XML content inside, so it is weird that it is being read as a simple ASCII file. The structure of the file that it is trying to read looks very similar to GIMP'sgplfiles, so I suspect the add-on is just false advertising it capabilities here and can't actually read KPL files, so confirming this report.
