Missing curve fill when they are overlapping #98523

Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
I found this problem when I was working on a road project.
In this rectangular curve map, some maps are not filled when the edge of the middle two roads overlaps the four edges of the map.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

It seems to me, or do you combine roads and geometry with roads? you have not 2, but 4 straight lines, and they just overlap ... I have a suspicion that this will not work correctly?

If you add "fillet curve" or "set handle type" before filling, have other fish will miss the net.

When you add fillet nodes or change the type of curves on a copy of the roads, they are no longer copies, which causes the overlay to not match and everything is correct

I can reproduce the flickering when moving the face. Don't really know if it's a bug in the implementation or an issue with the algorithm itself.
I tried using the exact method, but that doesn't seem to help: P3106.
