and blender 3.2 release from yesterday

Short description of error
Partcles getting rendered in viewport but not in final render when Vectorlayer/pass is enabled under: secene -> view layer -> passesExact steps for others to reproduce the error
open the blend-file goto compositor and hit render. Then switch the vector layer/pass 'ON' and render again.
Now compare.
The particles are missing.

Hi, thanks for the report. Looks same as described in #82260 (Checking the Vector Blur pass checkbox causes the most recently emitted particles to not be rendered.)
