Short description of error
Fluid simulation stops flowing while inside effector whether the effector its one mesh or separate mesh.
This also works, when I created a holes in the mesh, but I really need to close it completely for my actual project.

Apparently, when the edges of different colliders are perfectly aligned, the simulator has trouble defining what is inside and what is outside.
Seems related to #83483 (Inflow not working inside enclosed collision effector)
