Hi,
I never came across blender's vdb capabilities because the bug. I don't know why but every time I try to import a VDb file I get this error message:

Thanks for the report. Can you share your vdb file?
Did you try importing same file from other location (I mean save same file in different location and try to import it)?
I downloaded the file from this site - https://jangafx.com/software/embergen/download/free-vdb-animations/
and download this file - Mid-Air Explosion.
Yes, I changed the location of the file, it did not help me.
Thanks for answering! Waiting for an answer!
Hi, does this happen particularly with
Mid-Air Explosion.
?I've tried with comparatively smaller files and I can't get the error
hi i was downloading other files and got exactly the same error.
It gives me an error even with the smallest file.
Any luck with factory settings?: {nav File > defaults > load factory settings}
No, I have not tried factory settings.
ok, give a try with factory settings then.
Issue might be happening because special characters used in file path. Just like #76140 (Cache-folder name makes fluid simulation not working)
Please also upload system info file: {nav File > Save system info}
I can not put the factory settings for my own reasons.
And I uploaded the system information file, also nothing helped.

I solved this problem! I just created a new folder on the disk, dragged the file and it worked!
