System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: RTX 3060ti
RAM: 16GB
Blender Version
Broken: 3.2, 3.1
Worked: -
My cycles rendering times out after a few seconds leaving the error code seen in the attachment. I tried to adjust the samples and to change the render device (CUDA/OptiX) but it didn't help.

Hi, thanks for the report. Please upload system info file: {nav Help > Save System info}
system-info.txt
Thanks. Does this happen while rendering particular scene?
Did you overclock your GPU? If so, can you get same error when running GPU at stock speed?
Also upload log files:
The problem occurs only with specific project which is about 2,6GB large. I know that's a lot, but usually my PC should handle it. And no, my GPU is not overclocked. The date for the crash.txt file doesn't match with the date of my last render attempt, but that's the only file that was created. Car Chase Scene Prestreet V10.crash.txt

For the development team to be able to help, there needs to be reproducible steps (start blender, press this, then that).
Since the file with the problem is about 2.6GB, can you try to simplify it?
Normally .blend files can be simplified by removing most objects and disabling settings, until the problem reveals itself more clearly.
(I noticed that this same problem was also reported in #96118 (how to get rid of this when rendering in cuda "Invalid handle in cuModuleGetGlobal_v2(&mem, &bytes, cuModule, name) blender"?).)
@fs hi, any updates? Will close this report next week because of inactivity (as per the trackers policy)
@PratikPB2123 Nope, no updates. I can't simplify my project, I already trimmed it to the most important parts. Reproducing the problem also doesn't work, because it only appears with this projects, others work fine. I assume that it's just a file problem or that the 8GB VRAM of my GPU aren't enough.

Which version of the Nvidia driver do you have? And is it the Gaming or the Studio driver?
If it isn't already, can you try the latest Studio driver from Nvidia?

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
Thanks again for the report. If the problem persists please open a new report with the required information.
