Can confirm that it is working again on my dual e5-2696v3 machine. Autodetect will (as before) only show one node (36 threads in my case) but if i put in 72 manually, it uses all cores/threads. Thanks for fixing!

I really hope that this will be fixed at some point, or how else would one try to connect 75 Rigid Body Tank track links?

Dosent work with: 2.80.44 (2019-02-07)
My Server with 2*Xeon e5-2696v3 (72 threads) also uses only one NUMA Node for cycles while on Blender 2.79 i could use both nodes by typing in a fixed CPU count of 72, no longer works with Blender 2.8.
