Just tried to bake Diffuse Map with other textures disconnected and all is ok. So I don't know whether this can be considered as a bug or it's just my mistake.
Okay, thanks for clearing that up. It would be cool if you could bake Base Color separately in Blender, and it would be cool if you added the ability to bake Metallic map, because now many people bake Metallic map by connecting Metallic textures in Roughness, it's not difficult, but not so obvious.
Hmm, so am I correctly understand that when I bake each texture separately, I have to disconnect all the others and turn them on one by one as I bake each texture? Otherwise, they'll influence each other?
I trying to bake Base Color like Diffuse, and all my meshes and textures are baked ok. This one has color and has metallnes, and I trying to bake color, but not the metalness, when I bake the Diffuse. In addition to that I have a mesh with metallnes. color. roughness and normal map which baked ok. Please, try to look on the textures I packed in file, and try to repeat the problem by downloading my .blend file. And also please try to disconnect base color texture and metallic texture and try to add any color to the Base color, and try to bake with Metallic = 0 and Metallic = 1, and you'll see that in the case when Metallic is 1 the baked texture is black, and in case when the Metallic is 0 the baked texture becomes and well baked.

Can I send the .blend file private?
