This error occurs in any scene. It is enough to increase the parameters Timestaps Maximum and Minimum. Here is the instruction:

Set the Cache Frame Start parameters to 0, Frame End to 200. I forgot to do this.

Bake FLIP particles with the "Bake Data" button
Bake secondary particles with the "Bake Particles" button
After these actions, secondary particle systems are created.
But these systems are exactly the same.
It is not possible to turn off only bubbles, spray or foam individually.
Since all these three types of particles are duplicated in each particle system.
I set the colors for different particles and saw the following:

Updating the graphics card drivers did not help. I had drivers for 2015, I updated them to the latest version for 2016.

This behavior also bothers me.
If you enable the "Only Selected Curve Keyframes" mode, then when you press the A key, hidden keyframes will be selected.
I would like the A key select to only visible keyframes.

I changed the way for cache. The error has remained. Only the first frame is baked. The rest of the frames look like a piece of a mesh with a hole.
