If its motion blur was causing those problems then i think it would be a big issue because a lot of people using motion blur to render animations and also it means it would be a lot of such bug reports and probably it would be fixed by now. But yes, lets wait what developers will say.
But the motion blur is presented on a frame 92 as well but there are no problem

Hi, Brecht. Thanks a lot for instant response. It is very helpful. I am appreciate that in your answer you are asking my opinion as well but i am currently not good in the programming so i am not advisor here ( but its in my to learn list :) But i agree with every single word you said :)

I forgot to mention that you will probably need to enable Mahe Human addon (maybe not). Since at the beginning camera is parented to the Make Humans rig. I should have baked camera animation but forgot. If you will have any problems with that i will resend the file

Ok. Sorry this is my first bugs report so i dont know all the rules here. Ok i will supply blend file as soon as possible
**I have horrible flickering noise during my animation and it flickers like a sparks. What causes this noice is alpha images with holes or models of the grids with holes + method of reducing it by using Z and normal passes combined with bilaterural blur (advised by Barteck Skorupa). But i still wanna use it since it still better and only way to properly reduce other types of noice presented in my scene. So this noice looks like SQUARE PIXELS which are flickering during animation. Change of iterations of bilatural blur helps a bit but not completely and not on all frames.
