You should move several selected objects with numerical parameters, it is basic. If it's not a bug like a truck .

I'll write it easy with an example ... You create three cubes, you select the three, you move the three cubes with GRAB by the x axis, you see how the numerical distance in the x parameter advances, you go to the numerical parameter to change it and keep moving the four cubes and only the last selected object moves, THE 3 CUBES MUST BE MOVED NOT ONE ONLY, THAT IS THE BUG. (((((THE SELECTION MULTIPLE IS LOST WITH NUMERICAL PARAMETERS !)))

With intel and windows some very strange things happen. If the problem is intel, they need to optimize their graphics to Blender as they do with many video games.

In Windows 10 it also supports OpenGL 4.5 and even Vulkan, but visualization problems still exist. Now you have done something because EVEE or CYCLES did not work for me before. Now EVEE lets me sculp, what fails me is CYCLES...

The problem was simple, with that file when importing .svg CRASH, what I did not know was that "only" happened in this case. Next time I will check with another file to see if it is an isolated or more general case. OK

I usually use two computers for Blender with windows 10, on the one hand a desktop Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 3Ghz with 8GB of Ram and NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti BOOST card and then above all for comfort and only to model a high Chinese tablet Features Teclast X5 PRO with INTEL GEN 7 processor Kaby Lake Core M 2.6 Ghz with 8GB of Ram and with Intel HD graphics 615. BLENDER 2.79 I move it without problem with both devices, the problem is with the tablet in the latest Blender updates 2.8, the most recent of a week ago. The tablet that I have is Chinese but very similar in features to the Microsoft Surface, I was doing very well until a week ago with the latest Blender updates, it must be incompatible with the Intel graphics, I imagine that these problems will be polished on the march, the problem may be Intel or Blender, if the problem is Intel and this generalized would have to warn and as well as optimize the software of the graphics for a video game, to correct bugs for Blender, hopefully over time improve the visualization because right now the Blender 2.8 with certain equipment is useless.
