Here is my file, same error but without spinning, only camera movement.
Frame 122 is different than others in all animation.

I can confirm that its happening from time to time in 2.8 stable.
Cant be file fault, I have cleaned everything up trying to debug it...
It seams to look close to artifacts with T66529
Maybe some precision error? while computing velocity... also alpha channel sems to be much more blurried in this frames.

Yeap it was clone of aero described. 2.78 RC1 is helping witgh it maybe i was looking on daily build against RC1.
I Also i figured out Cuda error. It is caused by windows TDR timeout. While using 2 gtx 1070 cycles was crashing while one of tile was finished. Looks like cycles is not clearing thread in TDR while changing tile or something like that... changing TDR in registry helped out for every blender.

I forgot to add that objects with deformation motion blur disabled i keep on separate layer with alpha so they do not have double motion blur in compositor...

The reason is deformation motion blur on fury character which i found extremely slow. I want to have it disabled on mesh with hairs. So characters will render fast without moblur whih i wil add in fusion. And enviro already has moblur in reflection etc... it works as i can do it on separate scenes.

believe me, I tried it in all combinations, separately, together and with every available drivers for gtx580. One at the time, two at the time. Since 2.72 it is not working resonable. I'm looking for answer from quite time right now. Because now I have 3gb card and with experimental I have only 1gb of memory.... That is not much despite i need to render sss and hair with my character. For sure this is related to ubuntu + blender >2.72 ... It may be related to fact that since 2.72 blender also dont see my gpu for cuda until i install cuda toolkit- (official and daily builds)

No i use official and daily build but not compileing myself.
tried upgrade to 6,5 same issue, without installed cuda toolkit blender do not see any cuda device even in official builds.
Running same time older and newer builds i can seee big difference in memory usage- about 2 times.
