Borek Bures (spiv) reopened T41073: Far position of rendered objects from zero world coordinates causes incorrect render result. as "Open".

I thing that is it a bug, because this one of errors (black lines - no holes) occurs in my other scene on objects with location 500 blender units from zero.
I know about float precision limits, but why is limitation absolute from zero, why isn't relative from active camera view?
Please, reopen this bug.

Borek Bures (spiv) added a comment to T41079: Solid black render of object with negative scale and smooth shading.

I have same problem in my project, but I don't success reproduce it. Black material occurs on moving object with scale -1 deformed by armature with motion blur turned on. This bug appear on object made in old versions of Blender. If I trying reproduce it in new blender from scratch, all working fine. Work around is append object to new Blend file.
