You were right!
My apologies for the time wasted due to my lack of understanding.
And I have uploaded a screen shot.
One of the F2 features is to create a new face by only pressing the "f" key in the keyboard when the mouse is positioned in area where there are three or four vertices placed. But this can be done after creating the first face in the usual way (selecting the vertices first and then pressing the "f" key). Please see below steps to replicate the process:

Step 1: Load the Mesh: F2 add-on from the user preference.
Step 2: Perform any action related to F2 as described in the documentation (https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Extensions:2.6/Py/Scripts/Modeling/F2)
Result: Does not work.

OK, I test it and it did not work.
Sorry, I meant 2.76. But I will download 2.77 and test it.
