CMake/macOS/OpenMP: allow use of LLVM-Clang with OpenMP. 

The "Apple" part is guaranteed by the platform file.
"Clang" is enough to differentiate it from other compilers.

Came across this due to the custom built LLVM toolchain I'm using.
