**Short description of error**
working with scenes and exporting to gltf is ignoring which scene is active and which collections are active.
active collections are used to filter what gets exported for fbx, the same behavior should happen with gltf. as is, all assets in the first scene in the .blend file and all objects are exported regardless weather the collection is active or innactive.
